About the app

Corcyra Staff is an employee and administrator application used by Corcyra Cleaning Services to manage assigned cleaning jobs, bookings, clients, work records and job completion information.

Information we use

We use the user's name and email for account registration, email verification, manager approval and administrator authorization. Passwords and verification emails are handled securely by Google Firebase Authentication. The app also processes assigned job information, customer contact and booking details, working hours, job notes, job status and before or after job photos uploaded by the cleaner.

How we use information

Information is used only to operate Corcyra Cleaning Services, including staff scheduling, assigning jobs, recording completed work, calculating working hours and maintaining service records.

Photos

Cleaners may use the device camera to document the condition of an assigned job before or after cleaning. The app requests camera permission only when the cleaner taps a photo button. It uploads only the photo taken for that job, together with its capture date and time.

Sharing and advertising

We do not sell staff or customer information. We do not use personal information for advertising.

Access and retention

Access is limited to verified users approved by Corcyra Cleaning Services. Administrator tools are restricted to allowlisted administrator accounts. Work, customer and booking records are retained for operational, payroll and business record purposes. Staff access can be disabled by Corcyra Cleaning Services.
